We aim to answer within one business day. Include your order number if you have one, and photographs if something arrived wrong. It saves a round trip.
Where is my order?
Pieces are made in 3 to 5 business days and travel for 5 to 10. You get an email when it ships. If it has been longer than that, write to us. Something has gone wrong and we would like to know.
It arrived damaged
Send a photograph within 30 days and we will reprint it, at no cost, and you do not need to send the damaged one back. Full detail on Returns & Damage.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Within 24 hours, yes. Write to us straight away. After that the piece is usually already being printed.
Which size should I get?
Every product page shows the piece on a wall and states its exact dimensions, including the frame. If you are still unsure, send us the width of the wall or the furniture it will hang over and we will tell you what we would choose. We would much rather answer that before the piece is made. Do you take commissions, or sell licences?
Buying a piece buys the print, not the image. For licensing, commissions, or a size that is not listed, write to us and say what you have in mind.
