An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we email you a confirmation, and a contract exists from that moment. Prices and availability can change before then.

If a piece is listed at an obviously wrong price we may decline the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. That is not licence to reprice after the fact. It covers a decimal point in the wrong place, not a change of mind about what something is worth.

Every piece is printed after you order it. Nothing here is held in stock, which is why orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours and why change-of-mind returns are not offered. See Returns & Damage, which sets out what we do cover: damage, defects, and anything that arrives different from what you ordered.

Screens differ, and paper and canvas take ink differently from a backlit display. A print will not match your monitor exactly, and small variations between two prints of the same photograph are a property of the process rather than a fault. Anything beyond that is a defect and is covered.

Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe, in US dollars. We ship to the United States only. Risk passes to you on delivery; damage before that is ours to fix.

Buying a piece buys the physical print. Copyright stays with the photographer. You may not reproduce, scan or resell the image, or use it commercially, and the piece may not be reproduced as merchandise. Photographing your own wall and posting it is entirely welcome.

Where a piece is faulty, damaged or wrong, our responsibility is to replace it or refund it, and our liability is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, and disputes belong to the courts there.

We may revise these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page says when it last changed.
