Touring Yellowstone in the deep winter of early 2026 we found many amazing species... this may be mistaken by many as a wolf, however it is a coyote. In Yellowstone, the wild in the wilderness runs deep. These coyotes have the bodies of wolves you'd see in Colorado or elsewhere... it's the face, the pointed snout, that is the give away. Such still, peaceful, pristine moments of beauty in these encounters. We are blessed.”
